All changes, improvements, and updates to the ControlOffice App are tracked here.

Update March 2026

  • All parts can now be viewed in the app, including all tabs within a part (warehouses, suppliers, objects, purchase history, and give-out history).

Update December 2025

  • A new tab has been added to the workorder to display the purchase line(s) specifically linked to that workorder. This tab is disabled by default and can be enabled via the “Configure input screens” function.

  • When using the camera to scan a barcode or QR code, there is now an option to select a different camera. The selected camera is remembered.

  • A bug when scanning barcodes or QR codes for meters has been fixed.

  • Improvements have been made to the attachment upload process. In some cases, this significantly increases upload speed.

Update November 20, 2025

  • The French language is now available in the app.

  • More space is available for the description in the workorders and requests list.

  • A form can now be created directly from the workorder.

  • The column “Form group” has been added to the “Forms” menu.

  • A bug that occurred when scanning multiple QR codes consecutively and receiving an error message has been resolved.

Update June 12th, 2025

  • Objects can now be created and edited from the main menu item “Objects”.
  • Photos and videos are now added to an item more quickly.

Update April 23, 2025

  • Forms can now be opened, created, and edited.
    A new main menu item has been added: "Forms".
  • Images are now displayed better as a field type.
  • An issue related to statuses in a work order has been resolved.
  • An issue where certain fields were not editable on iPhones has been fixed.

Update April 15, 2025

This new app replaces the current app and includes all existing functionalities, along with new features and a more user-friendly experience. The following functions have been carried over from the previous app:

  • Work orders (assigned to employees)

  • Work orders (responsible users)

  • Open work orders

  • All work orders

  • My requests

  • Open requests

  • All requests

  • Objects

  • Meter readings

  • Stock correction

The following features are new:

  • The attachments tab includes more functionality and an improved layout

  • The app is accessible via Android (Play Store), iOS (App Store), and through any browser via the following URL: app.controloffice.nl
